Power Pumps is an impactful movement, a supportive community and an independent heels dance class established in 2017, created and taught by identical twin sisters Julia & Sarah Reindl from Vienna, Austria. Alongside having their weekly class in Vienna, they have been teaching multiple international masterclasses with great success in over 20+ countries worldwide by now.
Our Message
Power Pumps holds a sacred space, where sensual heels choreography meets heels technique meets divine inner world healing and expression. It intends to deeply connect our mind, body and soul through movement. It intends to deeply create harmonious flow and connect us to our roots, which are sourced in infinite love and divinity.
We are driven by the women in our community and the journey to confidence that we all grow through. Certain life experiences might leave us feeling robbed of our power. It is our birthright to reclaim our divine power.
Allow yourself to feel empowered to claim your divine power. Feminine power and strength expresses through softness and gentleness. Feminine energy in it‘s full power knows that it can trust in magic. Our power is intuitive, knowing, confident, nurturing, healing. It‘s slow and sensual and it‘s not logical. Our power is not defined by what happens to us from outside of us. Our power is defined by what happens inside of us. Power is alignment, embodiment and the root of your creatress. Our Goal
The aim of our Power Pumps dance classes is to ignite your self love and confidence so you can finally move authentically - both physically and mentally - and to create a fun, loving and safe space in which you can dive into your divine feminine energy as a performer without judgement, whether you are a beginner or professional. Power Pumps is more than just steps, it's a sensual movement from within, no matter who you are or where you stand in life, class will leave you feeling good and tuning into yourself. Thanks to our trustworthy knowledge, we're able to take everyone to the next level and teach you the correct ways of dancing in a heel, improving your movement quality & overall performance.
