Take your first steps into the world of heels dance with us.
This 4-week journey is designed to help you awaken confidence, strength and femininity through movement - even if you’ve never danced before. Together, we’ll create a safe and uplifting space where you can explore your body, your presence and your unique expression at a pace that feels good to you.
Each session builds gently on the last one, allowing you to deepen your connection to your body, understand the essence of what it means to be in a heel and grow more comfortable in your own skin. By the end of this course, you won’t just know the fundamentals of heels dance - you’ll feel more grounded, more embodied and more in touch with your feminine energy.
This course is about more than movement - it’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself, embrace your femininity and discover the power and beauty that has always been within you. There’s no pressure to be perfect and no expectation to perform. Just space to grow, explore and be seen.
We welcome all non-dancers and complete beginners, all ages and all bodies. No previous experience is needed. You’ll be guided step by step in an encouraging, supportive atmosphere where every woman is welcome. Let’s dance, expand and rise together.
who we are
We are Julia and Sarah and we will be your heels mamas and teachers guiding you throughout this whole course and your heels dance journey going forward. We are identical twin sisters, so all that we are and know stands for sisterhood. We are the trailblazers of heels dance in Vienna with 8 years of teaching experience and have transformed thousands of lives all around the world with the power of heels dance.
Because we’ve successfully guided so many women on their very first steps, we deeply understand what beginners need. We know how intimidating it can feel to try something new - especially in heels - and that’s why our approach is rooted in patience, clarity and support. Every movement is broken down in a way that feels accessible, achievable and empowering, no matter your starting point. We can hold this course in English and/or German.

what you’ll learn
1st session - find your balance & posture
Learn how to stand tall, shift your weight and walk with intention. We’ll focus on foundational posture, stability and elegant movement in heels. You’ll begin building trust in your body, discovering how small adjustments can completely transform the way you carry yourself.
2nd session - discover your feminine lines & flow
We’ll explore shapes and movements that highlight your natural lines and curves. You’ll learn how to move with softness and grace, play with hair movement, and transition smoothly between poses. This session also includes a gentle introduction to floorwork to help you expand your movement vocabulary.
3rd session - express through movement
Here, we dive deeper into sensual expression and musicality. You’ll learn how to connect your chest, hips and breath to the rhythm, allowing your movements to feel more fluid and intentional. We’ll begin the first part of our choreography, blending technique with emotion to bring out your personal style.
4th session - gain confidence to be perceived
In the final session, we complete the choreography and shift the focus to performance. You’ll dance in smaller groups, practice stage presence, and explore what it feels like to truly let go. This is your moment to shine, celebrate your progress and embody the confidence you’ve cultivated.

Every volume of Intro To Heels has the exact same or very similar curriculum! If you don't mind repetition and would like to go over everything you've already learned again, you can absolutely book this course as many times as you want and need.
