Her Spotlight is an invitation to be seen, felt and remembered. You might not be an absolute beginner, but you are also not where you want to be yet. This is the push you need to grow and get out of the place you're stuck in.
After 4 transformative weeks, you won’t just walk away with new skills and dance friends, you’ll also receive your own professional solo video, capturing your growth, your power and your unique expression.
This time we’re diving into: Chair Confidence - learning a sensual and powerful chair choreography using the chair as a prop to amplify control, intention and femininity.

this course is made for you if...
what you'll learn
1st session - find your sexy
Through technique exercises, expression work and guided freestyle, you’ll awaken your sensual presence to set the tone for the choreography ahead. Learn how to create tension using breath, eyes, touch and timing.
2nd session - choreography (round 1)
As we're using our chair as a prop for the first time, you’ll learn a chair-based choreography that feels empowering and playful, allowing femininity and fierceness to exist effortlessly together. Something unique that you won't just be able to do in any and every heels class.
3rd session - choreography (round 2)
We deepen the choreography by shifting focus inward. You'll retain the steps and be able to tap more into your feelings and details this time around. You'll dance with intention - for you, not the mirror, audience or camera. Be truthful about how you're moving.
4th session - find the camera
By rehearsing a camera run through away from the mirror with presence and certainty, we're building familiarity so filming day feels natural and confident. Let the camera find you and fall in love with you.
5th session - solo video shoot
Spotlight is on you! Perform your story in front of the professional camera and on a professional set in full costume. You’ll also receive BTS iPhone footage from your shoot and our full guidance throughout both the training sessions and the filming day. Everyone gets assigned a 20min solo time slot.
