Our Foundation Workshop is THE base for every heels dancer & heels lover - because technique training is for everyone, no matter your level. Let’s be real: this is where the glow-up starts. This is your monthly chance to slow down, train intentionally and feel what it really means to move with confidence in heels. We’re so grateful for this sacred space that we get to share with you. Our Foundation Workshop is all about: ✦ breaking down technique in a clear & safe way ✦ across the floor exercises & drills that sharpen your skills ✦ a new beginner friendly choreography every time ✦ growing your presence, strength & confidence step by step ✦ no professional camera - pure training, never performative ✦ €59 (9€ deposit + 50€ final payment) ✦ located at Empire Dance ✦ level: beginner/intermediate ✦ limited spots (no drop-ins available)
